Prakaiwan Vajrabhaya received her doctorate in Linguistics (Language and Cognition) from the University of Oregon. Her work is empirically-driven, taking the functional approach in analyzing speakers’ performance. Her research interests include but are not limited to: production models, co-speech gesture, the Repetition Effect, automatization, and conventionalization. She joined HumTec in November of 2016.
